The Creativity Collective was dreamed up in 2013 when seven wonderful women met in a cohort at the University of Calgary's Interdisciplinary Master of Education program called Creativity in Educational Practice under the guidance of Dr. Robert Kelly. Erin, Stephanie, Sandy, Trina, Bonnie, Dana, and Kim started a blog, for the purpose of sharing how they designed experiences for and with their students that emphasized creativity.

Life happened. Jobs changed. People moved. New partnerships emerged. But the creativity ecosystem they started continued. The Creativity Collective is a true collective. We welcome voices and stories from anyone in education who has something good to share.
